GREATER TORONTO AREA

TAKOL along with partners Urbanfund Corp and Shelborne Capital, acquired these 3 multi-tenant industrial buildings in the summer of 2020. Totaling 207,000 SF, TAKOL will add value to the project via a new BUR roof, refurbished parking lot, and other upgrades. With its own signalized intersection and prominent street-front visibility on one of Brampton's major thoroughfares, this project has the TAKOL team excited for the work to come.

GREATER TORONTO AREA

TAKOL along with a private investor acquired this 127,000 SF multi-tenant industrial building in early 2020.  The plan is currently being executed to improve the project via a new BUR roof, refurbished parking lot, exterior LED lighting, upgraded landscaping and other ameliorations. With prominent street-front visibility Rutherford Rd, and close proximity to Steeles and Hwy 410, this project has the TAKOL team and our consultants and advisors working hard to deliver on our plan.

GREATER TORONTO AREA

TAKOL's second joint venture with Urbanfund Corp. is a multi-tenant industrial property, which was acquired in late 2017. The property is located at 4 Alfred Kuehne Blvd., within the prominent Steeles & Dixie industrial node in Brampton, Ontario.  TAKOL converted the asset to condominium ownership, sold off the units in short order and fully exited the project in early 2020.

GREATER TORONTO AREA

In early Q4 2018, TAKOL, along with a private investor, acquired 89-111 Orenda Road, a multi-tenant industrial property in Brampton, Ontario. The property, conveniently located minutes away from Downtown Brampton and Highway 410, features great exposure and visibility from the main street.  This project was registered as a condominium mid-2020, and commercial units are almost fully sold out.

GREATER TORONTO AREA

TAKOL along with partner Urbanfund Corp, acquired the multi-tenant industrial property at 11-13 Edvac Drive, Brampton in 2016. TAKOL successfully executed its value-add strategy and re-positioning of the asset, which was sold in early 2018.

GREATER TORONTO AREA

In early 2019, TAKOL (with a private investor) acquired its first property in Mississauga, Ontario, located at 5775 Atlantic Drive. The property has great access to the 401, 407, and 410 highways, and is located close to Toronto Pearson International Airport.  TAKOL registered the property as a condominium mid-2020, and is nearly finished selling the condos via affiliate KOLT Realty Inc.
