TAKOL’s principals have specialized knowledge and years of hands on experience in architecture, finance, development, and asset management. For each investment, we have a senior, empowered, and accountable team leading the plan and delivering premium risk adjusted returns. Collectively, the principals have over 40 years of extensive experience in the industry serving tenants, partners, and investors.
At TAKOL, we question whether conventional commercial office, flex, and industrial real estate optimizes conditions for user performance and company growth. TAKOL is different. We focus on how can we make our customers’ workspaces as functional, as accretive to their businesses and owners as possible. This drives our real estate decisions and investments across all of the asset classes with which we work.
